Is this possible to achieve in revision alarplasty? (Photos)

I had an alar base reduction where my right nostril was overresected and verticalized. I was wondering if the results in the second picture where I pull with a tweezer is possible?

I'm not sure it's possible to do exactly what you've shown in the photoshopped image. (Which is way overdone anyways, it looks too too small in that image). Some improvement is possible, but I think you'd need to be asking yourself is this *really* that big a deal for you? Maybe your nose is not...

You can certainly do only a tip and alarplasty, but you may be limiting yourself in what you can achieve for your nose. If your bridge is also low and you do not augment the bridge, you are limited in terms of how much projection you can achieve in your nasal tip due to the resulting...

Alar wedge resection as a stand alone procedure is an excellent procedure in the right patient. This is commonly the case in ethnic rhinoplasties such as yours.
