What is causing the fat pockets above my eyes? (photos)

I've had extreme problems with my eyes since childhood these are my symptoms: Grainy sensation in eyes Teary eyes Debris at upper eyelash root that I have to literally pick through Excessive inner eye discharge Burning eyes Eyelashes falling excessively/strong urge to pull them out because they don't grow straight and will be in my eye Scariest one occurred first in 2012 then 2014. Eyelid retracted and eyeball was sitting out.
