How can I fix my uneven eye bags? (Photo)

Question

You can see in the photo that I have a lot of facial asymmetry, which doesn't really bother me, but the uneven eye bags do. I have scoliosis and TMJ Disorder, which I am sure both contribute in some way to my uneven face. I have more puffiness under my right eye than my left, but it also seems that my right cheek is more dominant and it "squishes" my eye bag even more, to the point where my right eye squints when I smile broadly. Is there anything that can be done to reduce or eliminate this?

I WOULD TRY FILLERS BEFORE GOING IN AND DOING SURGERY , THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN FAT TRANSFER AND FILLERS ARE FILLER ARE LESS INVASIVE AND CAN LAST 6-9 MONTHS SOMETIMES UP TO A YEAR DEPENDING ON WHICH ONES. FAT TRANSFERS ARE USUALLY SURGICALLY DONE WITH LIPO AND TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER AREA OF THE BODY. A FAT TRANSFER CAN ALSO BE DONE THROUGH A LOCAL AFTER SURGERY FOR A REPEAT FAT INJECTION. FAT INJECTIONS OR TRANSFERS ARE USUALLY MORE PERMANENT. THIS IS SOMETHING THAT YOU MAY WANT TO SPEAK TO YOUR DOCTOR ABOUT IN A CONSULTATION AND SEE WHAT YOUR OPTIONS ARE.

This can be improved with well-placed fillers, microneedling/prp and lasers. Venus legacy and exilis rf treatments can also improve eye bags. See an oculoplastic specialist for a face to face exam first.  The anatomy must be examined, both when smiling and at rest, to determine the best treatment options to improve the symmetry.

If you have excessive loose skin under your eyes, I would avoid fillers, which might worsen the problem.  There are numerous ways to target loose skin, such as with laser resurfacing, micro-needling and a variety of RF-based devices that do an excellent job.
We have a great deal of success with these approaches.
