Snoring & not always breathing well after rhino-septoplasty & turbinate reduction - can anything be done?

Hi there, Last year around August 2021 I had a rhino-septoplasty ( non-cosmetic rhinoplasty) + turbinate reduction. During recovery in the first months I was breathing fine but it did not last too long. I also started snoring almost daily + when I breath I feel the airflow is pushing against obstacle sort of. Sometimes one nostril is clogged, some mornings one is having a bit of liquid or it feels like this in the sinus. Doctor said the nose canals look good. Not sure if anything can be done.
