After primary, my nose tip is pinched on both sides, but on my left side I have an indention and my left nostril is smaller than my right. I also have scar tissue on the left. You can see it next to the indention as a white bump. 1. Can this be fixed without changing the actual shape of the tip, just making it a bit wider? 2. Is it possible with ear cartilage or is rib needed? 3. Would ear give a permanent result? And septal cartilage? 4. How long would the surgery last? Complexity?
