Ptosis surgery. Red line and eye has become smaller (1 1/2 month ago)

When I had the ptosis surgery, both eyes were at the same Level, a week after removing the stitches, that red line came out and my eye has become smaller. I did the operation 1 month and a half ago (this is the second surgery, the first one was not successful)

The asymmetry of eyebrows, left being slightly elevated, comes from your ptosis, as a compensatory mechanisam, to open your ptotic eye. Once ptosis surgery is completed, that effect on the brow will deminish and you will, very likely, end up with more or less symmetric brows. Only at that time...

You have some brow ptosis on one side over the other. This is not generally a concern since it is these small asymmetries are generally not cosmetically concerning. However if you would like it fixed, a unilateral brow lift can correct it. It can be done under local in the office setting.

You should consider posting a picture of yourself when you are not smiling so you can be assessed for ptosis that is present when you are not smiling. Often correcting that can help the issue you are concerned about. Caution is advised. You might might an well meaning surgeon who operated on...
