You are holding your eyebrows very high. This suggests that you are under corrected for the upper eyelid ptosis. A forehand lift would further exaggerate the position of the eyebrows. It is not an option for you. There is a drop on the market called Upneeq. I am not an Upneeq fan. I think it is expensive and not that useful. However, it can raise the heavy upper eyelid. You might try this drop. If that does not help you, there is no substitute for a detailed in person assessment of your clinical situation.

Based on your pictures, it looks like you could benefit from an endoscopic brow lift. While a brow lift primarily targets the brow and forehead, it can indirectly improve ptosis by elevating the position of the eyebrows, which can elevate the upper eyelids and reduce the appearance of drooping.
