Redness and itchy skin 6 months after complications / infection from CO2 laser. What can be done about scarring? (photos)

Hello, 6 months ago i had lower Blepharoplastik and skin tightening with co2 laser. I got an infection in the areas where the laser was applied 2 weeks After the procedure. Now After 6 months and no improvement with corison and different creames, i‘m still struggeling with redness and itchy skin. The skin also looks scarred. The texture is very different compared to the surrounding skin. Is there any solution? What can be done of the skin is left with scarrs?
