Near 2 years ago, I had midface/neck lift . My neck muscles are still intensely tight and strangles my neck from jaw to jaw. I have tried massages, acupuncture, chiropractor treatments but to no avail. The surgent is nonresponsive and his office doesn't return my calls. I am now working with another doctor who thinks I have bad internal scarring (possibly deep tissue) due to trauma endured during the procedure. Steroid shots were given but hasn't worked too well. Scared and need help.
