Neck laterally rotated - is a revision recommended?
I had a revision about 18 months to treat excessive scarring and pain and tension on the neck. It felt fine at first but as time went by the stress and tension got worse. Everything was so tight, i couldn’t move my mouth, neck, and my TMJ got worse. My plastic surgeon pretty much went dark on me after a year. I now am clear on my the problem is. I have a laterally rotation going on from the procedure. It is strong enough to rotate my jaw and neck. I may have preexisting condition but the procedure definitely made it worse. I have been under intensive physical training to relax the tight side and strengthen the opposite side but wonder if it will be enough to reverse the condition? Is revision recommended? Is it even a possibility?
