9 weeks post Facelift with complications. Is it possible to repair my hollow, lumpy cheeks without implants or fillers? (photos)

Based on the photographs I can see why you have concerns. Nine weeks however is a bit early to make final pronouncements about the outcome. If you are dissatisfied you should speak frankly with around plastic surgeon if not satisfied with his answer yet another opinion.

After reading your original  review, I agree with Dr. Blinski's comments.  The other remark I would make is that you will continue to see changes for up to 1 year from the surgical date, so I cannot give further advice over the internet about what form of revision, if any, you would need.  If you can salvage your relationship with your Surgeon, that is what I recommend you do.

I'm very sorry to read about your
unsatisfying results. It is not uncommon to have lumps after a facelift. These
should resolve over time, usually a few months. One of the effects of aging is
to lose volume in your cheeks. This can easily be improved with fillers. A
better option would be to use your own fat because it is your tissue and will
last longer. This would best be determined by a physical exam by a board-certified

weeks to months, causing bumps or asymmetries to appear. In San Diego, we monitor our patients closely

At 9 weeks postop, you are healing still. There may be some resolution to the lumpiness with time. Before you embark on another surgery, consider waiting a few months longer. Then you can seek the opinion of a board certified surgeon with expertise in revision face lifts.
