I'm 33 just had a baby and noticed a mole or freckle ( small,flat, oval, brown, clear borders) between my toes during pregnancy. I didn't think anything of it. I now have a very tiny freckle on the top of the same toe. My GP was not concerned, but everything I read says new moles on feet are very serious. Is this true??
