Last year was my revision, excellent results but less than 1 month after surgery suffered direct trauma to tip. Fast forward 11 months, I fear cartilage has grown back as scar tissue and will continue to change shape of nose as I grow older. Is it reasonable for me to pursue further correction? I find it hard to ignore , for me this is a dealbreaker. Previous surgeries are apparent at this point.
