I love my nose from both sides, and front. But at a 45 degree angle the upper part of my nasal bone is prominent just on my right side. I can't tell whether the bone itself is asymmetrical and larger on that side, or if there's a lack of skin just above it that just isn't as 'full' as the other side. My nasal bone to touch feels even on both sides to me, but that right above it the skin dips on my right side. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I would never under any circumstances recommend a liquid rhinoplasty. The filler is highly unpredictable over time and can cause a litany of other issues (including potential intravascular injection causing necrosis [death] of surrounding tissues, not to mention potential irreversible blindness).
If the muscle at the base of your nose was cut, and if this has led to a permanent droopiness of your central upper lip with smiling, it is not clear to me whether further surgery would be able to attach the muscle back together for normal functioning.
