I have had filler multiple times in the past but it has been almost a year since my last injection. I have already scheduled a lip lift but now I am wondering if I should get a corner lift as well.

Thank you for your question. A bullhorn lip lift alone will likely be sufficient. I would not do a corner lift at the same time for the risk of overcorrection. Furthermore corner lifts have more scar show, and typically the best candidates are higher in age.

I recommend a lip lift that extends to the side of the nose.  This allows the corners to be pulled up.  A corner lip lift makes an incision the lip itself which can leave unsightly scars.
