My philtrum length is 13 mm but i feel it is too long for my face. I have a very short nose and i was hoping a lip lift would help to disguise the look of my long philtrum/short nose. the only problem is, i already have quite a toothy smile and my teeth are very visible when i smile/ talk. i've had a lip flip and enjoyed the results, but i want something long term. would my best bet be to get a nose-lengthening rhinoplasty? or is it possible to get a lip lift without having increased toothshow?
