Lip Lift or v-y - expert's opinion? (photos)

I would like to have my lips done permanently (fuller). I want quite a drastic change from my natural thin lips. I've been researching for quite some time and came to the conclusion that I might benefit from either a lip lift or a v-y lift. I would like an expert's opinion before committing to either of them. You would benefit from a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners.

A Lip Lift consists in shortening the space between the nose and the top lip. Yours measured 1.8cm. I would like to shorten it to 1.3 cm. To give you a better definition. The scar should be placed under the right and left nasal ala, beneath the nose, in the shape of a bull's horn. I would need to inject the philtrum to define the cupid's bow. Also, I would inject all the Vermillion borders of the upper and lower lip. This way, we can get a nicer, and more defined result.
