Will a revision lip lift and corner lip lift possible? (photos)

Question

I have a scar and asymmetry from my previous lip lift done 3 years ago. I also have a sad looking lip, the corners are drooping. Am i a good candidate?

There are a few ways to resolve this issue. The easiest one would be to delineate your lip with fillers or fat. By doing that, we can restore volume to the drooping corners and also give it better symmetry. 
We can use different products for this purpose: Hyaluronic Acid, Polycaprolactone, or your own fat. 
The hyaluronic acid would last for 1 year. The polycaprolactone can last up to 5 years. And your own fat depends on your metabolism. 
I don't think you will need another lip lift surgery or a scar correction.

thank you for your question. After reviewing the photos you provided, I would say it is possible to achieve improvement while doing the Lip Lift revision with excision designed as a bullhorn and creating a better position of the scar.

Your scar seem to be placed too low and lip is still long; however, your smile shows enough of teeth! Very careful lip lift to avoid too much functional shortening (gummy smile) but sufficient to bring your scar closer to the nostrils, should be considered. Sometimes elevation of the lateral portion of the muscle can create sufficient correction of the lip corner, so that corner lift surgery may not be needed. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with good reputation if lip surgery is recommended. Good luck.
