Belly button revision after tummy tuck - thin woman, is there anything I can do? (photos)

Thank you for your pictures.  If you are looking for depth to your belly button then your surgeon may correct when saying there is not enough fat.  Depth is created by differential thickness between the belly button (thin) and surrounding skin (thicker).  Consult with several board certified plastic surgeons. 

From the photos, I actually think your belly button looks pretty good.  But to be sure, I encourage you to get a second opinion from a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon to see if there are options for further optimizing the outcome.  One option would be to consider excising some of the redundant skin and then treating the overall tissue with microneedling/PRP to help encourage tightening.  I hope that helps and wish you the very best!-Gregory A Buford MD FACSBoard Certified Plastic Surgeon and Author

jasimo. I understand your concern, and second opinion is an option, but understand that minimal improvement is probably all you will accomplish.  Your overall result is excellent, so I would be inclined to stick with your plastic surgeon’s recommendations.  Best of luck!
