Can asymmetrical eyelids be corrected 1 month after repositioning? (photos)

Question

Dears, about one month ago I have had a surgery to reposition my right eye after silent sinus sindrom has been reported. Since day 1 to nowadays I noticed my lower eyelid was higher than the other, and the situation doesn’t evolve after this period. Is it possible to solve the problem? I attached some photos to make you understand better. Thank you

Hello! Thank you for your question.As far as I can see from your photos you one eye is more rounded than the other one. For improve the symmetry between them I can suggest you cat eye procedure. With this surgery you have more slanted eye like the other one. Please keep in mind that %100 symmetry is not achievable in any case.Best Regards!

Try to be patient. These are big surgeries. It takes months for the swelling to resolve. Do not accept anymore surgical work on this until you have healed at least 6 months. Many things that bother you will be less problematic as the swelling resolves. Now is not the time to judge your result. Please give this time to heal.
