Am I a good candidate for epicanthoplasty or should I consider other options? (photos)

i’m interested in revision double eyelid surgery as i want a thicker crease + parallel. at my consult, the Dr. mentioned that in order to get parallel, i would need to get epicanthoplasty as well but that there’s a chance of having visible scarring with epicanthoplasty. i’m worried that i won’t be satisfied with my results if i only get the upper bleph, but i’m also worried about getting bad scars / webbing with epicanthoplasty. do you think epicanthoplasty would be a good option?

Epicanthoplasty is not a reliable surgery. There is a significant risk of unsatisfactory scaring. Even if the scaring is acceptable, it is not likely that your epicanthal fold can be make to look like the model you like. Surgeons may promise you the stars, the moon, and the sky but when they don't deliver, you have to live with the consequences. I advise that you extreme caution pursuing this goal.
