Dark circles, wrinkles & uneven skin tone - would a blepharoplasty be a good option for me? (photos)

The eye area needs significant combinations to get improvement. Lasers like erbium, co2, halo, profractional/contour, or Fraxel can all be used to build collagen long term. That said based on your photographs a procedure called a transconjunctival lower blepharoplasty with arcus marginalis release and fat grafting in my opinion would be the most appropriate to procedure to correct the puffiness and dark circles underneath your lower eyelids.

After examination if it is determined that you have loose skin as well a small skin pinch blepharoplasty of the lower eyelid could also be done at the same time.
