Question

Age 67, I had upper blepharoplasty 4 years ago. Is it normal that I have very loose skin on eyelids again? Is it safe to have the same surgery again or what other options? Even Botox will not lift the heavy eyelid. Thank you in advance.

Hello! Thank you for your questions.As far as I can see from your photos there is still extra saggy skin above your eye. It is totally safe that the have the same procedure again. I highly recommend you revision upper eyelid blepharoplasty for get rid of the extra skin. If you can provide photos with better lighting, from the side of your face and 1 meter away I would be able to make a proper evaluation. Best Regards!
