How do surgeons reverse non-incisional eyelids surgery? (Photo)

I’m 2019 I had upper blepharoplasty. Tapered folds were created even though my natural fold was parallel crease. In 2022, I had a revision with the same surgeon. He said he could not correct my original scare but will creat a new parallel crease and hide the old scar. I do like the height of the new folds and they are no longer tapered. However excess skin was formed between the folds. I also look like I have medial canthus webbing. Should I reverse the non-incisional double eyelid? What to do?
