I want more fat above the one that is more exposed as I feel it looks much better, especially from the side.

Hello! Thank you for your question.As far as I can see from the photos you have extra saggy skin above your eyes and your eye corners are downward. For a more symmetrical, upward and elegant look I recommend you upper eyelid blepharoplasty and endoscopic brow lift. If you can provide photos with better lighting, from the side of your face and 1 meter away I would be able to make a proper evaluation. Best Regards!

For significant improvement, hooded eyelids require surgery if there is enough skin. For nonsurgical treatments: Radiofrequency (Thermage or Venus Legacy/Viva), injectable fillers, and a Botox brow lift can help contour the eyebrows and lift the eyelid skin.
