I had a double mastectomy with reconstruction (750CC silicone implants) done on 08/11. They always feel kind of heavy and I have to wear a sports bra or a regular bra. The last two months I get sharp pains on my right towards the arm pit are and the middle of my cleavage. The left implant towards the top. My PC gave valiums to take when my muscles are tight and lately I’ve been taking them just to be able to feel comfortable so I can fall asleep. Any suggestions? Do I need to worry?

I currently use Sientra or Natrelle expanders. I only place shaped implants to give a more natural appearance. The thinner you are the more obvious the implants become. I tend to fat graft my thinner patients more often because they lack the soft tissues to cover the edges of...
Either your skin "folded" on itself during the expansion process or that is your native crease and the expander has created a new one. Either way, it can be corrected at the second stage by an experienced surgeon. Talk to your PS about this and discuss the options.
Once your incisions are healed you should be able to work out . The concern I have is always open wounds and sweating or direct trauma . I f you had a reconstruction for breast cancer you probably have an implant behind that nipple . So, be safe and wait till your healed .
