Nipple reconstruction is a simple procedure often performed under local anaesthetic in the office. You need to rest for a few days in terms of exercise, but will able to work the next day. After a few days you will be able to resume whatever exercise you wish. Regards Dr Charles Cope
Once your incisions are healed you should be able to work out . The concern I have is always open wounds and sweating or direct trauma . I f you had a reconstruction for breast cancer you probably have an implant behind that nipple . So, be safe and wait till your healed .

Hello,Nipple reconstruction typically requires very little downtime. I would give yourself 5-7 days after the procedure before returning to exercise and weight lifting. However, it is best to follow the recommendations of the plastic surgeon performing your procedure.Good luck!
shouldn't impair you ability to weight lift, but this depends on what technique is employed. Best to talk to some of his nipple reconstruction patients to see what they think after 2 years have passed.
