Need to know what to ask PS about the TE he chooses and the size/look I hope to end up with Natrelle410?

TE width needs to fall within the natural "footprint"  of your existing breast.  That will limit the volume of the TE used an thus the ultimate volume of the implant.  Since you want to be larger, I suggest using on of the Natrelle FX series with tabs.  This will give you the more volume for any given footprint size.  Shaped implants can rotate, I have removed some placed by other surgeons.  But with that said, I use them when the recipient pocket is perfect.  Using silicone sizers can help make sure the implant takes up the space if gives the fill you desire.

I currently use Sientra or Natrelle expanders.  I only place shaped implants to give a more natural appearance.  The thinner you are the more obvious the implants become.  I tend to fat graft my thinner patients more often because they lack the soft tissues to cover the edges of the implants perfectly.Three basic forms of breast reconstruction exist. combination of the previous two techniques.
Your own tissue can be used in the form of the DIEP flap, PAP flap, SGAP
flap or fat grafting. Implants can be
done in one stage or two stage. Two
stage reconstructions are started by placing expanders at the time of
mastectomy. Once they expanders are
