There are many ways to treat dark circles, as well as under eye wrinkles and bags. It is important to note however, that the majority of times the cause for discoloration is genetic and due to the viability of the blood vessels below the skin. A combination approach is always needed to get the best results in this area and this includes: topical skin care, laser and/or radiofrequency treatments, and fillers if placed appropriately.

I am sorry that you have this problem. It is a very difficult to correct but the unerlying cause must be diagnosed correctly first.



The first step is to determine what the problem is. Sometimes it is simply a shadow cast by deep
troughs. In this instance, correction of
the deep troughs will fix the problem usually with a filler and occasionally
with surgery.



Other times the dark circles are pigmentation of the skin
under the eye. In this case, correction
of the pigmentation with a skin lightener or one of the light treatments like a
laser tuned for pigment or a broad band light (BBL) treatment will help the
best.



Finally the problem may be thin skin that allows the
underlying, very small blood vessels to show though the skin or alternatively
the blood vessels have more blood in them than normal or are dilated and this
shows in the skin.



From your photos, it appears that you may have the problem
of the small blood vessels showing through the skin plus a bit of
