Would Rhinoplasty be indicated to improve eye asymmetry? I know I can't change the shape of my eyes, I feel like my septum is not midline though and it makes one of my eyes appear larger.

Performing a rhinoplasty can accomplish improvement to the asymmetry in the nose, narrowing the bridge, narrowing the tip, and shaving down the dorsal hump.
