 A rhinoplasty is performed to make changes on the nose, not the eyelids. Performing a rhinoplasty can accomplish improvement to the asymmetry in the nose, narrowing the bridge, narrowing the tip, and shaving down  the dorsal hump. Your eyes being asymmetric has nothing to do with your septum being deviated. We are all asymmetric and have half our face(which includes eyes, lips, ears, etc.) is usually different than the other side. With respect to your nose, it can definitely made to be more refined and feminine to match your face. Our nose patients often comment on how following their nose job, their eyes seem to be more pleasing.

Facial asymmetry is more common than not. Several of your features are asymmetrical, there's no such thing as a perfectly symmetrical face. Aligning your nose would give you a significant improvement not only in the shape of the nose, but minimize your overall facial asymmetry. This is a very demanding type of procedure for your condition, so I suggest you consult with a physician who has years of experience and knowledge.
