Can I use Rogaine if I already have folliculitis infection on scalp?

Dear, For many years I have had folliculitis which I couldn't treat with antibiotics and lotions. I have also lost a lot of hair since, but doctors keep telling me that folliculitis couldn't have caused that and that it is genetics? However I want to keep the hair I have and grow more if possible. Can I use Rogaine while having this infection? Also would you recommend Carboxytherapy, it is said to be a natural treatment for hair loss? Thank you :)

Minoxidil should not be used in pregnancy. Prior to pregnancy minoxidil can be stopped. There is no need to taper off minoxidil slowly.

The  half-life of Rogaine absorbed through the scalp is approximately 20 to 22 hours. Therefore, there isn't a significant difference between using it once or twice a day as long as you're using the 5%. I would recommend purchasing a microneedle roller with pins .25 to.3 mm and...

According to the surgeons and the studies it takes 3-4 months approx. to see the results from Rogaine. The medication absorbs into the body as well as cause more skin irritation. Rogaine should be only used on the scalp and wash your hands after applying the medication.
