Question

3 months after upper bleph with skin excision and removal of excessive fat in the inner aspects. The lower bleph with transconjuntive lipo excision. After surgery: hollow eyes, dark circles, uneven and lots of wrinkles under eyes, especially when I smile. Upper eyelids also uneven. Im really concern. I know I have to wait another 3 months for a revision and need your help for best advices concerning a revision. Im sixty and I had always looked and felt much younger than my age but now....

You had overaggressive remove of the wonderful upper eyelid fold.  This has results in less effort to raise the eyebrows.  Before surgery, you were holding your eyebrows open-like your own forehead lift.  After surgery the eyebrows have fallen and the upper eyelid sulcus looks depleted.  The lower eyelid position is compromise and vertically inadequate.  You challenge will be finding an aesthetic eyelid who can correct your concerns.  In my experience you will not find skill like that in Europe.  For this reason, many Europeans have not choice but to travel to the United States

I'm so sorry about your experience. I frequently see patients for revision surgery who have had too much fat removed from the upper and or lower eyelid. Take your time finding a surgeon and carefully look at many, many before and after imnages. Ask the plastic surgeon about their experience with revisioin blepharoplasty. As then what they thinkj went wrong, hoiw they would correct the issue and again, view many, many photos.
