Very disappointed at the result after upper and lower bleph after upper and lower eyelid surgery. Revision advice? (Photo)

3 months after upper bleph with skin excision and removal of excessive fat in the inner aspects. The lower bleph with transconjuntive lipo excision. After surgery: hollow eyes, dark circles, uneven and lots of wrinkles under eyes, especially when I smile. Upper eyelids also uneven. Im really concern. I know I have to wait another 3 months for a revision and need your help for best advices concerning a revision. Im sixty and I had always looked and felt much younger than my age but now....
