4d sculpt tummy tuck plus abs (Photo)

I did vaser 4d sculpt with abs and its benn 6 weeks now but i have a stitch open for almost 3 weeks i am using medihoney but still not healed and i am a smoker but i vist my ps ebery werk he cleans it until blood comes out because he said that allows it to heal faster and he also asked me to change my wound twice daily and never allow water to touch it
