Could sore points on abdomen be trapped nerves - discomfort 6 months after Tummy tuck and periodic burning.

Have one small hard nobbly sore point below skin couple inches above and to left of belly button and one sore area of tissue below left of belly button . I get burning across abdomen often , could these spots be trapped nerves leading to a) sensitivity in these specific areas and b) the burning sensation. This follows tummy tuck / muscle tightening 6 months ago.
