Hi ericasewade, I understand your concern. The suture lines often appear like this after breast surgery but will eventually even out as your incisions heal. Make sure to follow your plastic surgeon's post operative instructions on proper wound care for faster healing and recovery. Dear ericasewade, You do have a notched lower pole. This is not unusual early on as you clearly are. Don't worry, it will go away. You were not sewn too tight, rather straight line closures like that tend to get notched because of natural pull. It will get better with time as your tissues relax. Very occasionally I had to correct this problem and the last time I had to I did it with fat grafting. It worked wonderfully. Make your doctor aware of this feature next time you visit him/her.

Result you show on your photos is very typical finding early after lift that involves reversed T scar. When scars mature (1-1.5 years after surgery) this will most likely disappear. You should discuss this issue with surgeon in your next follow up visit. Good luck.
Hi in2minds, Generally speaking, if the nipples are lower than the inframammary line the patient will most likely need a breast lift. If the nipples are at or above the inframammary line we can generally get by with just breast augmentation depending on the size of the implant the patient...
I agree that 500 cc removal will make you practically flat. If you have a lift with perhaps a small amount of reduction your breasts will seem much smaller because they won’t be hanging as much. A simple lift will make you a lot smaller than you think. The one thing to be careful of is to a...
