I think you could achieve a nice result with a breast reduction. Your right breast appears to be a bit larger than your left. A breast reduction will help achieve symmetry by reducing the larger breast more. A breast reduction will also improve your overall breast shape and lift the breasts, as a breast lift is a part of breast reduction surgery. I recommend setting up a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with experience in breast reduction. Good luck with your procedure.
Hello and thank you for posting photos along with your question. From your photos it appears you would likely benefit not only from a lift but also a slight reduction on the left and a larger reduction on the right to try and achieve better symmetry between the breasts. This will also likely improve back and neck pain, if present, that is caused from the weight of the breasts. I don't think you would need an implant because you appear to have dense breasts tissue. Hope this helps and wish you the best of luck!
hello thank you for your question and provided information as well...based on your photo, I see that you are a candidate for breastlift, in your case we can put a small implant to give projection to the breast and better shape. my recommendation is that it be consulted in person by a certified plastic surgeon who sees and evaluates what procedure you apply.
Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photograph, you are agreat candidate for a breast lift/reduction without implants. This can be designed to result in animproved shape and contour of your breasts while minimizing scarappearance. Make sure you specifically look at before and afterpictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeonand evaluate their results. The most important aspect is to find asurgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek consultation with aqualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person.Best wishes and good luck.Richard G. Hi Royalee67, Determining whether you need simply a breast implant versus a breast lift or both can be somewhat complicated. It depends on a number of factors including skin laxity and current nipple position. Generally speaking, if the nipples are lower than the inframammary line the patient will most likely need a breast lift. If the nipples are at or above the inframammary line we can generally get by with just breast augmentation depending on the size of the implant the patient wants. I often use an implant when I perform a breast lift because it provides more upper breast fullness after the lift. These two surgeries can be done at the same time and this may be optimal as the risks can be minimized. In addition, upper pole fullness is achieved with appropriate implant selection but more importantly, submuscular placement, and precise pocket dissection. The submuscular placement allows the muscle to cover the top part of the implant which allows the upper pole to appear fuller. Keeping away from the lateral chest during pocket dissection allows the implant to remain higher and prevents it from falling off to the side. You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals. Thank you for your question. You appear to be an excellent candidate for a breast lift to bring the breasts up and reduce the size of the areola. You also have ample breast tissue, that I do not believe implants needed.I perform a liposuction breast lift/reduction known as Breast LipoLift®. This specialized technique spares more nerves and blood supply as well as removes tissue from the areas you don't want such as near the armpit and the lower portion hanging near your stomach. Once I use this to shape the breast, I then remove the excess skin to tighten the breast and create a more proportional silhouette with better cleavage. This procedure is also more accurate than traditional breast lifts or reductions since I use 3D measurements to uncover size asymmetries. During the procedure I remove exactly whatever is more from the larger side to get as close to symmetry as possible. Since I perform this less invasively the recovery time is faster and drains are not necessary. Over 90% of my patients are out to dinner the next evening taking only Advil and Tylenol if even needed. The size would depend on the proportion with your body versus going for a cup size. It has been proven to have less complications than traditional breast reduction (please see my Breast LipoLift® page web page) and should not affect nipple sensation, mammograms, cancer risk or breast-feeding. The best way to assess and give true advice would be an in-person exam. Please see a board-certified plastic surgeon that specializes in breast plastic surgery. Best of luck! Thank you for your question and helpful photo. You do not need breast implants to create a fuller cleavage. The Bellesoma Method breast lift/reduction is a current technique that does not require breast implants to create round perky breasts. This technique can reshape and re-position your breasts much higher than the older vertical techniques. You are welcome to visit my gallery on this site to see what can now be achieved with improved breast lifting technology. Breast lifting techniques have improved dramatically in the past 15 yrs. The Bellesoma Method not only gives a longer lasting result by integrating your chest muscles for support, but it has also eliminated the dreaded (and very visible) vertical scar. Do your research. This site is a great start! Best wishes and kind results,

Hello and thank you for your photo and questions. A breast lift and a breast reduction can improve all of your concerns. A lift can improve the position and appearance of your breasts, helping to reduce the gap between your breasts that concerns you. Also, a reduction, especially on the right side, can improve your breasts’ symmetry as well as help reduce or prevent issues you will likely encounter as a result of your breast size, such as lower back and shoulder pain. Discuss these options with a specialist plastic surgeon after having a full, in-person evaluation. Good luck
The T area of the incision has the most tension, therefore is a common area to split open slightly. It usually heals without incident if this occurs. Check with your surgeon to make sure there isn't a suture there irritating it and preventing it from healing over. There are many factors, w...
