The profile view shows good horizontal position, but your jawline and submental would have greater contour and definition with liposuction of these areas. I would consider a small chin implant as well.

Filler, either hyaluronic acid fillers or Radiesse, to the chin and along the jawline can be a quick and easy way to give good projection. Fillers are temporary, however you could do fillers first to see if you like it and if you do, you can proceed with a chin implant.

Your chin projects appropriately beyong the crease. I think submental liposuction and a myellevate thread would do wonders to fix your jawline and make your chin more pronounced.

Hello and thank you for contacting me. Based on your photos, you are a good candidate for the chin filler. Chin implants will be more agressive for you and can give male appearance to your face. Also for getting a slimmer face I recommend buccal fat pad excision and double chin liposuction. I guess with this combination we can get a good result for your case.
