Answer: In Person Physical Exam Based on the photos you submitted it is difficult to tell the best treatment modality. It appears that it is mostly a skin problem with minimal subcutaneous fat. In this case, you may be better off with a modality such as the FaceTite device. However, Coolsculpting may work if there is more subcutaneous fat than can be seen on the provided pictures. A more direct approach such as subcutaneous liposuction will provide more dramatic results.

Answer: Fillers Can Work Well For Nonsurgical Jaw Definition & Submental Tightening The expert use of robust HA fillers can help to better define and straighten the jawline and thus secondarily tighten somewhat the submentl region. The use of fat dissolvers like Kybella typically cause a great deal of post treatment swelling that can last quite a while and e quite unsightly. Unfortunately, the expenisve the bells and whilstles gizmos, like RF and ultasound devices, that are so heavily hyped these days are backed far more by social media hype than hard science. You would be wise to consult with a board certified cosmetic dermatologist with extensive experience with injectable fillers for facial and neck sculpting and contouring with fillers. Best of luck.
