Based on the photos you submitted it is difficult to tell the best treatment modality. It appears that it is mostly a skin problem with minimal subcutaneous fat. In this case, you may be better off with a modality such as the FaceTite device. However, Coolsculpting may work if there is more subcutaneous fat than can be seen on the provided pictures. A more direct approach such as subcutaneous liposuction will provide more dramatic results.

The expert use of robust HA fillers can help to better define and straighten the jawline and thus secondarily tighten somewhat the submentl region. The use of fat dissolvers like Kybella typically cause a great deal of post treatment swelling that can last quite a while and e quite unsightly. Non-surgical options would not do anything but waste your money. You need lipoosuction, facetite and morpheus to get that beautiful jawline and neck you truly desire. You will waste more than the $4750 for the surgical route under local by trying things that just don't work.

Chin liposuction helps reduce the bulge under the chin and can be done for the whole neck. Once the fat is removed the skin can become loose and saggy in some cases. Your chin appears to be somewhat recessed and can be easily resolved some jawline fillers. This will also improve your submental fullness. I have clients who appear as though they have had Kybella after treating their recessed chin/jaw with an appropriate amount of filler.I would not recommend any permanent chin implant as the areas connecting to the chin will go through changes as you age. Having an implant will significantly reduce treatment options down the that women benefit from to balance their faces.
