I am 5'6", 135lbs but have a full chin look. I dnt mind straight on shots but side profile or on video it bothers me. Would fillers, kybella or coolsculpting be enough? Id prefer non surgical.
Answer: Kybella can help you meet your goals Thanks for your question and for posting images. Kybella is an excellent non-surgical option, particularly for individuals looking to reduce fat under the chin. Kybella works by injecting a synthetic formula into the submental fat, which helps to break down the fat cells and eliminate unwanted chin fat. The treatment is administered in around 30 minutes or less and is comfortable with a topical numbing cream. This non-surgical procedure is known for effectively contouring the jawline and improving the face's overall profile. Kybella can also be combined with other cosmetic treatments like dermal fillers and body contouring devices to meet your goals. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with a reputable board-certified facial plastic surgeon and expert injector. They will be able to evaluate your concerns and treatment history, then determine the best course of action to achieve your desired results.

Answer: Jawline Definition / Jawline Enhancement / Facial Sculpting / Facial Contouring -- injectable fillers like Revanesse Versa For a more defined jawline to strengthen your profile (and help prevent the dreaded jawline "jowl" sagging), we use injectable fillers like Revanesse Versa - a filler known to limit swelling and give subtle, soft enhancements - or Radiesse. Using a cannula to limit pain and swelling, we inject on the bone in strategic points to get more lift and shaping, resulting in a more contoured lower face and defined, structured jawline. I would suggest getting a formal evaluation with a facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: Jawline concerns You will likely have the best results from a combination of treatments. You can consider liposuction for better definition. You can also look into Morpheus8 treatments. Fillers can be used to help sculpt and define the facial contours. See a board certified plastic surgeon near you to learn more.

Answer: In Person Physical Exam Based on the photos you submitted it is difficult to tell the best treatment modality. It appears that it is mostly a skin problem with minimal subcutaneous fat. In this case, you may be better off with a modality such as the FaceTite device. However, Coolsculpting may work if there is more subcutaneous fat than can be seen on the provided pictures. A more direct approach such as subcutaneous liposuction will provide more dramatic results.

Answer: Fillers Can Work Well For Nonsurgical Jaw Definition & Submental Tightening The expert use of robust HA fillers can help to better define and straighten the jawline and thus secondarily tighten somewhat the submentl region. The use of fat dissolvers like Kybella typically cause a great deal of post treatment swelling that can last quite a while and e quite unsightly. Unfortunately, the expenisve the bells and whilstles gizmos, like RF and ultasound devices, that are so heavily hyped these days are backed far more by social media hype than hard science. You would be wise to consult with a board certified cosmetic dermatologist with extensive experience with injectable fillers for facial and neck sculpting and contouring with fillers. Best of luck.
