I have deep fine lines around my chin, jaw, and mouth but only on one side of my face. Is there any kind of filler to fix this?

Answer: Yes, there is a solution! Every single person has asymmetries of the face to some degree. It is common for one side of the mouth to show deeper lines compared to the other side due to sleeping positions, excess sun exposure from driving, etc. However, there is a solution for you, and that is dermal HA fillers + neurotoxin to the mentalis muscle (chin). I would suggest starting to 1-2mL of HA fillers to soften out smile lines around the mouth. You can also benefit from a little bit of Botox to the chin which will help soften chin dimpling caused by muscle contraction!

Deep wrinkles and smile lines can be improved with a combination of Botox and/or fillers for the lines themselves and to build anatomical support with Sculptra for collagen building. Ultherapy is a great skin tightening device, but works best in combination with other treatments like J Plasma, RF treatments, lasers, microneedling/PRP, salt facials, Cosmelan for skin tightening and improve skin tone. I have had very gratifying results treating these kinds of motion-related lines on the lower third of the face using a low viscosity, malleable, cohesive HA filler, which can act as a support to the area and consequently can minimize their appearance with muscle movement. Treatment should take no more than a few minutes to complete with immediate results. You would be wise to consult a board certified cosmetic dermatologist and best of luck.
