Every single person has asymmetries of the face to some degree. It is common for one side of the mouth to show deeper lines compared to the other side due to sleeping positions, excess sun exposure from driving, etc. However, there is a solution for you, and that is dermal HA fillers + neurotoxin to the mentalis muscle (chin). I would suggest starting to 1-2mL of HA fillers to soften out smile lines around the mouth. You can also benefit from a little bit of Botox to the chin which will help soften chin dimpling caused by muscle contraction!

A combination approach would give the most improvement. This is not such an unusual problem. I have had very gratifying results treating these kinds of motion-related lines on the lower third of the face using a low viscosity, malleable, cohesive HA filler, which can act as a support to the area and consequently can minimize their appearance with muscle movement. Treatment should take no more than a few minutes to complete with immediate results. You would be wise to consult a board certified cosmetic dermatologist and best of luck.

I find that the best treatment for these wrinkles is intra dermal microfat injections .
