I had bbl a year ago and i have been experiencing hardening on my right butt cheek just a month ago. I have been working out my glutes and i thought it was just sworeness but the hardness will not go away. The right side looks slightly bigger but a lot of people dont notice it. What should i do ?

Too early to judge on the final result. You are still at the healing stage. The area in your lower back will be still bruised and swollen and this will take 8-12 weeks to settle. Wear your garment and keep your follow up with your surgeon.
