About how many CCs is ideal per buttock? I do NOT want a huge butt as I am a petite college girl but I do want enough thats noticebale but looks good for my height. I know that you will lose some fat cells. Is there an amount of CC's that is equivalent to inches such as 700ccs will make your butt stick out one inch more or two inches etcetera?

When planning a Brazilian butt lift, patients can look forward to a double benefit: reducing areas of unwanted fat while gaining a perkier, rounded posterior.  Each procedure must be planned according to the individual needs of patients, harvesting fat from target areas of the torso, thighs or knees and transferring it to create smooth, attractive contours optimized for each person.The amount of fat transferred depends on the quantity available and the extent of buttock augmentation each patient desires.  Sufficient body fat for a buttock augmentation is very patient-specific, depending on an individual’s body shape and proportions as well as their expectations.  
Buttock augmentation with fat grafting is one of our most popular procedures in Colombia, and from experience we can tell you that some patients do very well with 300 cc of fat per side while others can need 800 cc or more.  That said, you definitely have to choose your surgeon correctly and make sure that he/she has the training and experience to meet your goals with absolute safety.  Best is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with specialized expertise in this procedure.

Ideal candidates are at a stable weight,  in good health , and have excess fat in some parts of the body and too little in other regions.  Gaining weight before the procedure is to no advantage and when you lose weight again the fat cells will shrink just like the donor site fat cells.  Typically, the transferred fat results in a significant increase in volume of the body site being treated.

Dear slimthick1986,based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Thanks for posting your photos and question. You appear to have adequate fat for BBL. Everyone is different, and folks have different size goals. With that said, most people need at least 300 cc to make a noticeable difference. There is no set formula to decide how much fat to transfer. And keep in mind that only 60-70% of fat volume transferred stays permanently. Best way to proceed is to discuss your goals with you American Board of Plastic Surgery certified surgeon, who can make a plan that is unique to you. This includes discussion of the look you are going for, and possibly reviewing photos of other patients.

Based on your pictures you are a good candidate for 
BBL. and you will get amazing results.
 The fat transfer, often called Brazilian butt lift has become 
extremely popular because it allows your plastic surgeon to transform 
your entire shape. You improve your waist, hips and of course your 
buttock, to give you a beautiful heart shape. 
  
In order to have this procedure done is necessary an evaluation to 
determinate your heath condition and  the areas that will be liposuctioned and discuss the amount 
of fat that will be harvested depending your fat deposits. 
I recommend you to make an appointment with a board plastic surgeon for a good evaluation and to talk about your goals and discuss the amount of fat that will be transferred.

Good question, but no, there is no ratio of "___cc's of fat injected will give ___ inches of projection".  Talk with your plastic surgeon about your wishes for size increase, and I always encourage patients to show me pictures of what they have in mind.  While I certainly do not promise to be able to match a patient's result with the pictures they provide, I think it does help with being sure you are both on the same page with the desired result.
