Botched BBL banana roll deformity (Photo)

Question

I had a bbl performed about a year ago and the doctor did lipo on my bananna rolls voluntarily. This caused this huge double crease on my right leg and. Mini one on my left. Im soo emberassed and cannot wear shorts or anything anymore. The entire shape looks horrible to me. Is there anyway i can fix this ?? I really need a specialist I can trust. My shape before this was beautiful , I didnt even have cellulite prior to this surgery. Can i ever get this fixed???

A posterior thigh lift and inferior buttock lift can be performed to address this, and this is something I very commonly perform.

This can happen with lipo of the banana roll. Sometimes fat grafting can improve this for you.........

I am sorry to hear about your BBL and Lipo experience.  I feel confident that whatever lipo and fat transfer issues you may have they can be made significantly better if not essentially resolved.  Some scar tissue is likely present from the liposuction so a little more care would be needed for the revision.  Liposuction of the areas where there is too much volume and fullness would help with shape concerns and perhaps with some of the "cellulite" areas.
