What can be done to get my nose back to the way it was after having lip lift/ reduction surgery? (Photo)

Question

I had an Italian lip lift with a reduction of lips and it made my nose wider with hanging columella and removed my sills without any knowledge that this would affect my nose whatsoever . I never had a problem with my nose and only had a rhino many yrs ago to correct a broken bone . What should or can be done ? I have seen many drs and some say leave it alone and others say to fix it . Confused but not happy with it and doesn't feel like me with this nose

With Loss of the natural sill of the nostril base, there really is no way to recreate that distinct anatomic shape. The experience in cleft lip and nose surgery demonstrates how hard it is to recreate that area to look natural. It is probably to leave the sill area alone, not because it can be made worse, but because making it better is very difficult if not impossible. Other issues such a hanging columella and a wider nostrils can be improved.
