I just had my surgery two weeks ago one breast is swollen and started brusing yesterday and now is 75% bruising all over the breast to my insesion on the side of my body to my back and i have throbbing pain what does this mean and should i go to the ER?

Based on your photos the 30cc difference in implant size seems appropriate. If the implants are placed under the muscle it is unlikely that you will be able to tell the implants are different sizes.
