2-3 years after my tummy tuck, my belly rarely goes flat. Bloated appearance most of the time. Is it a bad surgery? Had an ulcer removed. Stopped eating beef, dairy reduced, sometimes throw up after meals. Still has tightness in pelvic region. Massaging or cortisone cream reduces irritation. Always have some dribble after peeing, pooping is not easy either. Help!!! This is very uncomfortable. Unhappy in Wayne
