Can you build mass on the areas where you have had Smart Lipo?

Lipo has no effect on your ability to build muscle anywhere. It will simply increase muscle definition in your fat areas. Visceral fat is gained whenever you gain weight, but it can be reduced by dieting. During a bulk cycle, you will gain visceral fat and during a cutting cycle you will reduce it. A small amount of visceral fat is normal. Problems arise when you have excessive amounts of visceral fat.

Smartlipo should decrease the distance between the skin and the muscle layer. Once you increase your muscle mass, the muscles should be more visible and better defined. Good luck!

Smart Lipo will help you to reduce and contour the body in the areas where you feel you have some excess fatty tissue.  If you are then working out and building muscle mass, you may find that your muscular show underneath the fatty tissue becomes more prominent.  If you feel like you had too much fat removed using smart lipo, then you can also consider fat grafting to add more volume or mass to the areas that you previously had surgery
