I am thinking about getting a smart lipo or ultrasound cavitation.Which is better between those two? I know that both procedures use RF radiation at about 35-40KHz(from what I have read). Is this safe or does it pose a problem(DNA/cell mutation and cancer)? Is there any possibility that the skin could get a permanent scar from burning? Thank you for your time! Kind Regards, Electra
