I'm 10 weeks post abdominal smart lipo. Will I lose any more fat? (Photo)

The larger or thicker the area was, the more it swells and the longer it takes to resolve. The fat is gone. Any additional size reduction is from fluid leaving the tissues and can be expedited by massage therapy.

Thank you for posting your pictures and submitting your question. I do not see a before picture to compare, but, even at 10 weeks after liposuction , there will be swelling.  Final results take 6-12 months.  External Ultrasound and lymphatic massage will help the swelling.   Discuss your concerns with your Surgeon. It appears you have decent general type liposuction done (just and that no nidefinition or defining type procedure/contour was performed.  I suspect you won get much added benefit from this surgery but could try ultrashape and velashape or venus legacy treatments now to get further improvement.  I would suggest a second surgery for defining/hi def as you are a great candidate to get further improvement.  for this however, you need a very meticulous surgeon. With SmartLipo, as with any liposuction procedure, the skin and soft tissues over and around the area of fat have swelling that takes time to resolve. While the majority of the swelling is finished by around six weeks, the final result is not seen until three or four months afterwards. What looks like residual fat is edema or soft tissue swelling that should improve in the the next few weeks. The good news is that the fat that was removed is gone forever. 

Thank you for your questions and photos.  After Smart Lipo you will continue to have swelling for up to 6 months and will also continue to see improvements up to 6 months.  At 10 weeks, you are approximately 80-85% toward your final result, and are most likely seeing fluctuations in your swelling - one day it looks good and the next it looks more swollen.  This is the natural course of healing after any liposuction and especially after a procedure like Smart Lipo that utilized laser energy to emulsify the fat layer and treat the skin for that "shrink wrap" effect. You will likely continue to improve, gaining a more flat and softer lower abdomen over the next 3 months as your body heals.  Best wishes!
