Hi, i had smart lipo done in Jan 27th, 10 weeks ago, I feel like my belly looks the same, but more firmer, do it look like my abdominal still swollen? Will I lose anymore fat? I do pilates almost everyday.

Answer: Fat Loss After SmartLipo -- Try A Second HI Def Procedure Or Ultra/Vela Combo It appears you have decent general type liposuction done (just and that no nidefinition or defining type procedure/contour was performed. I suspect you won get much added benefit from this surgery but could try ultrashape and velashape or venus legacy treatments now to get further improvement. I would suggest a second surgery for defining/hi def as you are a great candidate to get further improvement. for this however, you need a very meticulous surgeon. Best, Dr. Emer.

While the majority of the swelling is finished by around six weeks, the final result is not seen until three or four months afterwards. What looks like residual fat is edema or soft tissue swelling that should improve in the the next few weeks. The good news is that the fat that was removed is gone forever.
