Would I be a good candidate for knee, calf, and ankle liposuction?

I live in Michigan. I am 5'7 and weigh about 135. My lower legs have always bothered me and I was wondering if liposuction could help their appearance? My knees really bother me as well as the size and shape of my lower legs. I'm also having a hard time finding surgeons that specialize in this type of procedure, are there any around the Michigan area? What is a typical cost for this type of procedure as well?
