What is the optimal number of lines to acheive the best Ultherapy results?

I am 38 years old this year. My skin is not too bad but starting to have mild laxity on face. A nurse from first clinic offers full face ultherapy treatment with 2000 lines and full neck for another 500 lines. A doctor from the second clinic said she will do around 1000 lines for full face plus neck. Nurse from the first clinic quote me a higher price. If cost is not a concern, I wonder what is the optimal number of lines to get best results, the more lines the better? Thank you.

Ultherapy treatment is tracked by the number of lines given. Each line contains a series of pulses. A typical full face treatment consists of 800 lines. However, everyone's face is different and will require a different number of lines. If patients or practices get hung up on charging per line or treating per line then that's a recipe for suboptimal results in my opinion. At our practice we concentrate on providing the extent of treatment necessary to cover the entire area of concern and give the most likelihood for an optimal result. It is impossible to predict how many lines an individual will need prior to performing the treatment. Anyone that does is likely providing a one-size-fits-all cookie cutter treatment. The amount of lines needed truly depends on the treatment area and severity of the vase vs. desired results. The eye area on a 25 vs. 40 year old will call for different treatment amounts. I suggest going to a reputable place that does a lot of these treatments to get the best results.  Dr. Emer.
